We understand that your pet’s condition may change and require you to cancel your scheduled appointment. Please CALL OR TEXT to notify us as soon as possible of the cancellation. You will receive a reply call or text to confirm we have received your cancellation notice. If you do not receive a confirmation, your message has not yet been received. Please contact us again to confirm.
 
No fee will apply if you cancel at least 6 hours prior to your appointment.
 
Last minute cancellations, prevent us from helping another pet and family in need.
 
Cancellation fee within 6 hours of appointment $100
Cancellation fee within 2 hours of appointment $200.
If the doctor arrives at your home, a cancellation fee equal to the euthanasia fee ($575), travel fees, large dog or additional handling, and holiday fees will apply.
 
Dr. Mary ALWAYS texts or calls when she is on the way to your home. If you have not received a confirmation of cancellation, please be prepared to answer your phone until you do.
